Property Assessments drop in Manassas

Alexander J. Granados writes that the drop is alot different from the double digit percentage increases  during the past several years.  Although residentials have dropped, commercial property has seen an increase. Bad news for sellers, good news for buyers?

Omniride/Omnilink Bus Driver Strike Not Likely

This morning around 1 a.m. a strike was averted.  A vote that could of stopped bus riding commuters in Prince William County went the right way after an agreement was reached.  First Transit, the comany that operates the buses came to terms with the bus drivers union.  Read the full story at Potomac News Online.
