Prince William County Boasts Lowest Price for Homes

Barbara Ruben from the Post writes that PW County has the lowest median home cost in Northern Virginia.   And we are growing fast!

Prince William County’s $398,000 median price was the lowest in Northern Virginia but reflected the region’s highest growth from 2004 — 32.7 percent.

Crime Down in 2006
